When the doors of Düsseldorf’s art studios open for Kunstpunkte 2026, Hoffeldstraße 85 in Flingern will become a venue for artistic contrasts and synergies.

Four genres under one roof – here is what awaits you during your visit:

• Angelika Richter (Painting): Her works move between color, texture, and emotion. Angelika Richter’s painting leaves space for personal interpretation and invites viewers to immerse themselves deeply into visual worlds.
• Manfred Glied (Drawing): With a precise eye and delicate lines, Manfred Glied gets straight to the point of drawing art. His works demonstrate how much density and dynamism can exist within simple lines.
• Markus Hirtz (AI Art): At the intersection of technology and creativity, Markus Hirtz uses algorithms as a tool. His AI-generated artworks challenge viewing habits and pose the question of what the future of art will look like.
• Thomas Klingberg (Photography): Thomas Klingberg captures moments, light atmospheres, and unique perspectives. His photographs show an eye for the subtle and vividly set real moments in scene.

For 30 years now, Kunstpunkte Düsseldorf has been opening spaces for direct encounters with contemporary art. On two weekends a year, artists invite the public to discover studios, project spaces, and workplaces, providing insights into their creative methods. Away from traditional exhibition formats, conversations arise about processes, ideas, and perspectives – right where art is created.
