Exhibition “Scrap” shows film and photography at Gallery Judith Dielämmer in Grevenbroich
From 17 May to 16 June 2024, Alexander von Goch, Hanne Horn, Thomas Klingberg and Birgit Martin will present moving and moving images on current social and political issues. With his installation “Kiss – Shot”, Alexander von Goch attempts to raise awareness of the complexity and humanity of the Middle East conflict, while Hanne Horn captures this theme photographically and also addresses the problem of anti-Semitism. Thomas Klingberg goes in search of the traces of obvious failure and shows photos of social challenges in major German cities, while Birgit Martin’s film “Paternoster – Frauen im täglichen Auf und Ab des Lebens” (Paternoster – Women in the daily ups and downs of life) takes an unconventional look at aspects of being a woman.
